Shipping Policy
We strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your order.

  • Free Local Delivery is available for orders of $250 or more within New York (NY), Connecticut (CT), Massachusetts (MA), and Rhode Island (RI). Orders under $250 will incur a $10 local delivery fee.
  • Free Nationwide Delivery is available for orders of $500 or more outside our local delivery zone. Orders below $500 will include a $10 delivery fee.
  • For locations outside our local delivery zone, orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx, and actual shipping charges will be applied to your final invoice.
  • Most orders are processed and shipped on the next business day (Monday through Saturday). Delivery times typically range from:
    • 1–2 business days for local deliveries
    • 2–5 business days for USPS or FedEx shipments
  • Local deliveries will be handled personally by your dedicated Sales Representative. For USPS and FedEx shipments, tracking and delivery confirmation will be provided.

Please Note: While we make every effort to assist in the event of a lost package, the buyer assumes full responsibility for goods once shipped. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Return Policy

All sales are considered final. Due to the subjective nature of taste and individual preference, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on E-Liquids. We do, however, accept returns for defective hardware within 7 days of purchase, with the following conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted for products deemed DOA (Dead on Arrival).
  • This excludes E-Liquids, pods, and closed-system cartridges.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition. Used hardware cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • If the returned item is inspected and found to be functional or tampered with, it will be sent back to you.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping return costs.
